.Synopsis...A weak trough will continue to move NW across the N
offshore waters through today before exiting the area. At
2100 UTC, Tropical Storm Moke was located at 13.9N 147.2W, moving
WNW at 8 kt. Tropical Storm Moke is expected to track through the
S offshore waters this weekend.
