.Synopsis...High pressure far NE of the state will interact with
a series of weak surface troughs moving across the island chain
to help drive moderate to locally fresh trades through Monday.
Then trade wind speeds will increase back into the moderate to
locally strong range by midweek as the high gradually
strengthens.
