.Synopsis...High pressure NE of the area will weaken. As a new
high builds NW of Hawaiian waters by Tuesday, as a surface trough
forms over the Hawaiian region by Monday, and a cold front moves
into NW waters on Tuesday. Near gale-force winds are forecast NW
of the cold frontal boundary. Isolated thunderstorms are possible
due to unstable conditions through much of the forecast period.
