.Synopsis...Weak surface ridge N of the islands will remain
nearly stationary through the weekend. A weak trough will develop
N of the area Saturday and gradually shift westward through early
next week. Tropical Cyclone Kiko is forecast to move through the
Hawaiian offshore waters early next week as a Tropical Storm.
