.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will continue to push through the waters
this morning before moving E of the area today. A more potent low
pressure system will approach the N waters tonight, with the
parent low stalling just NW of the region on Tue. The low will
remain W of the waters Tue into Tue night but will pull a strong
cold front across the area. The front will move inland on Wed.
The main low will begin to slowly drift E across the region
during Wed through Fri night as it slowly weakens.
