.SYNOPSIS...High pressure W of the waters will slowly weaken
today into Sun while a trough expands N along the Oregon and
Washington coasts. The high will restrengthen over the area Sun
night into Mon, then persist through Tue night. A cold front will
pass through the northern waters Sun night into Mon night.
