.SYNOPSIS...A front will remain stalled just S of the area today,
then return N-NE as a warm front tonight and Wed. A weak coastal
trough will reside along the southern Oregon coast today, then
dissipate tonight. An area of high pressure over the waters will
move NE and weaken tonight. A stronger, complex low pressure
system will lift NE into the waters Wed, then drift E across the
waters Wed night and Thu before dissipating inland Thu night. A
warm front will move NE across the waters Fri into Fri night. An
area of low pressure will pass N of the region Sat and Sat night
while driving a trailing cold front E across the waters.
