.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build E into the waters tonight,
persist Thu through Fri, then slowly weaken Fri night into Sat
night. A low pressure trough will extend N along the Oregon coast
Fri and Fri night, then expand further N along the Washington
coast Sat and Sat night while weakening. Low pressure and an
associated cold front will slowly approach the far outer portions
of the Washington waters from the W Sun and Sun night.
