.SYNOPSIS...A weak trough will meander across the waters tonight
through Mon night before moving inland early Tue. A high pressure
ridge will build E towards the area Tue into Wed, reaching the
outer northern waters late Wed. The ridge will move very slowly E
across the waters Wed night through Thu night, then stall along
the coast Fri into Fri night. A cold front will slowly approach
the outer northern waters from the W late Fri night.
