.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure and an associated trough W of the waters
will continue to retrograde W, away from the area today. Weak
ridging will move E over the waters today, then persist across
the region through Thu. Low pressure moving in just W of the area
Thu will become stationary through Sat. The low and associated
cold front will move E into the S waters Sun into Sun night.
