.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist well W of the waters today
through Sun night, while a trough expands N along the Oregon and
Washington coasts. A cold front will move S across the N waters
Sun night into Mon as the high pressure to the W of the area
intensifies. Thereafter, high pressure will persist W of the
regional waters Mon night through Wed night.
