.SYNOPSIS...A trough along the California coast will persist
today through Mon night, weaken Tue and Tue night, then
restrengthen Wed and Wed night and persist through Thu night. A
cold front will drift S over the waters early today, stall by
tonight, then dissipate Mon. High pressure will build from the NW
today behind the front and expand SE through Mon night. The high
will then persist across the waters through Thu night.
