.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist W and NW of the N
and central waters while a weak trough persists along the coast
through Tue. By late Tue into Tue night weak low pressure forms
over the central waters and then drifts NE over this region Wed
before dissipating Wed night. High pressure will build in across
the central and S waters from the W Wed and Wed night. A cold
front is expected to move E into the N waters Wed night.
