.SYNOPSIS...High pressure to the W of the waters will weaken a
little today and remain nearly stationary tonight through Thu
night before building E over the waters Fri into Sat. A low
pressure trough will persist along the N and central California
coast through tonight, shift inland over California Wed, then
continue Wed night into Sat night. A dissipating cold front will
move into the northern waters late Wed and Wed night, before
another dissipating cold front moves into the far NW waters Sat
night.
