.SYNOPSIS...A trough near the California coast will persist today
through Tue night. A high pressure center W of the waters will
persist today through Tue night while slowly drifting S and
dissipating before a stronger high pressure center builds in from
the west Wed into Wed night. Also a weak low just W of the waters
will track toward them today and dissipate over the W waters Mon.
A cold front will skirt across the far NW portion Wed and Wed
night, then dissipate across the northern and central waters Thu
and Thu night.
