waters tonight before dissipating as it moves into the southern
waters Fri into Fri night. High pressure will build NW of the
waters Thu into Fri night before shifting farther N. A trough
will form along the California coast Fri, persist through Sun,
then shift N along the coast Sun night into Mon night.
