.SYNOPSIS...A trough of low pressure will persist along the
California coast through early Tue while high pressure remains
along and W of central and S California. A cold front over the
northern waters will stall across the central waters tonight,
then return northward as a warm front later Sun and Sun night.
Low pressure will move NE across the northern waters Mon, then
move N and inland along the Oregon coast Mon night. A significant
cold front will approach the area later Tue, then move E and SE
across the N and central areas Tue night, then across the S
waters Wed into Wed night. On Thu and Thu night another cold
front will move into the N and central waters. High pressure will
build back to the W of the central and S waters Thu and Thu night
with a coastal trough developing along the central and S areas.
