.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move SE over the waters today and
tonight, then dissipate by Sun night. High pressure will
gradually build in from the W and NW today through Sun night
behind the front. A coastal trough will develop along the central
and S areas today and intensify Sun night through Tue night while
expanding N along the coast. The trough will then persist through
Wed night.
