waters today into tonight will shift further N early Sun through
Wed night while strengthening through Wed night. A low pressure
trough near the California coastline will gradually weaken today
and tonight. The trough will strengthen along the northern
California coast Sun through early Tue, then weaken Tue through
Wed night.
