.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will continue W of the waters today,
then gradually shift E towards the area tonight and Sat while
weakening. The ridge axis will then remain in place just W of the
waters through Sun, then drift W away from the area Sun night
through Mon night. A weak trough will form along the entire
California coast Sun night, briefly dissipate Mon, then strength
somewhat Mon night and persist into Tue night.
