.SYNOPSIS...A strong area of high pressure will remain centered
just to the W and NW of the region through Wed, then will slowly
weaken and sink SW on Thu. The area of high pressure will shift
back N and become centered NW of the area Thu night into Fri,
then remain NW of the area through Sat night. A coastal low
pressure trough will persist through Tue night, slowly weaken Wed
into Thu night, and then persist along the northern California
coast Fri through Sat night.
