tonight before dissipating Wed. High pressure will build in from
the W Tue and persist W of the southern waters through Sat night.
Meanwhile a weak coastal trough will form Tue and continue along
the California coast into Fri night. A very weak system will move
E into the central waters Thu into Thu night before dissipating
Fri.
