.SYNOPSIS....Light to gentle winds and slight to moderate seas
will prevail through tonight, before a trade wind regime becomes
re-established over the region. This will bring a return to
moderate winds and seas for the remainder of the week. Winds may
occasionally pulse to fresh speeds during the overnights in
Caribbean waters.
