.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between high pressure over the
central Atlantic and the passage of a well defined tropical wave
will maintain moderate to fresh east to southeast winds through
Sat. Then, mainly gentle to moderate winds will prevail. The
wave is forecast to bring increasing showers and thunderstorms,
and likely gusty winds.
