.SYNOPSIS...Central Atlantic high pressure will build west-
southwestward toward the Bahamas, late Sat through early next
week, in the wake of exiting Hurricane Erin. A tropical wave
along 65W will move westward across the local area tonight
through Sat. Expect more typical trade wind flow to return to the
regional waters behind the wave Sun through next week. Northerly
swell from Erin will build across the regional waters this
evening through the weekend, then begin to fade Mon and Tue. An
area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms is located within
a couple hundred nautical miles NE of the northern Leeward
Islands. Environmental conditions appear conducive for further
development of this system, and a tropical depression is likely
to form this weekend while it moves northwestward and then
northward, in between the Lesser Antilles and Bermuda.
