.SYNOPSIS...Large N to NE swell will continue to produce rough
seas across the Atlantic waters and through the Caribbean
Passages through Sun night before seas slowly subside next week.
Gentle to moderate trade winds are expected over the regional
waters through the middle of next week. A tropical wave is
expected to move across the local area Mon night through early
Wed. Looking ahead, a broad area of low pressure associated with
a tropical wave has formed several hundred miles south of the
Cabo Verde Islands. Environmental conditions appear conducive for
gradual development of this system, and it could become a
tropical depression by the middle to latter part of next week
while moving across the central tropical Atlantic and approaching
portions of the Leeward Islands by Thu.
