.SYNOPSIS...Newly formed Tropical Storm Jerry is near 11.5N
44.6W at 11 AM EDT, and is moving west at 21 kt. Maximum
sustained winds are 40 kt with gusts to 50 kt, and the minimum
central pressure is 1006 mb. Jerry will move to 12.3N 47.2W this
evening, 13.5N 51.1W Wed morning, strengthen to a hurricane near
14.9N 54.6W Wed evening, 16.5N 57.6W Thu morning, 18.1N 60.0W
Thu evening, and 19.8N 61.9W Fri morning. Jerry will change
little in intensity as it moves to near 24.4N63.4W early Sat.
Large swell generated from Jerry will enter the local Atlantic
waters the end of the week, with rough seas starting to impact
the waters late Thursday into early Friday. Elsewhere, rough seas
in N to NE swell across the Atlantic waters and through the
Caribbean Passages will subside through today. Gentle to moderate
trade winds are expected over the regional waters through early
