.SYNOPSIS...The subtropical ridge over the central Atlantic will
support moderate to locally fresh trade winds and slight to
moderate seas through the forecast period. A tropical wave, with
axis along 63W, will move across the eastern Caribbean through
Fri, bringing showers and thunderstorms to the area.
