.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle winds will prevail through Tue night,
increasing slightly thereafter. Long-period northeast to east
swells generated by major Hurricane Kirk presently over the
central Atlantic well ENE of the northern Leeward Islands, are
expected to impact the regional waters, including the Caribbean
passages, through the upcoming weekend, gradually subsiding early
next week.
