.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds and mainly moderate seas are
expected most of the forecast period under the influence of the
Atlantic high pressure. A large tropical wave, Invest AL94, is
forecast to reach the Lesser Antilles on Wed, then move just
south of Puerto Rico by Thu morning. This wave is likely to
enhance shower and thunderstorm activity over these waters in
addition to being accompanied by fresh to strong trades near its
northern portion.
