.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to locally fresh trade winds will pulse
across the regional waters into Sat as the subtropical ridge
prevails over the central Atlantic. The ridge will drift
southeastward this weekend, supporting mainly moderate SE winds
into early next week. An upper-level trough will move eastward
across the regional Atlantic Fri through Sun, with scattered
thunderstorms expected along and east of the trough.
