Southeast Gulf of America

.SYNOPSIS...A trough persists from the northeast Gulf to the
central Gulf, anchored by 1012 mb low pressure near 27N86W.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are associated with these
features. Otherwise, a weak pressure gradient over the basin
will lead to moderate or weaker winds and generally slight seas
through early next week.

.TODAY...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.
.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
tstms.
.SUN...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered tstms.
.SUN NIGHT...W to NW winds less than 5 kt, shifting to SE to S
5 kt after midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered tstms.
.MON...S to SW winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A nearly stationary front will meander over the far
NW waters this weekend and be reinforced by another front that
will stall over the same area early next week. This will keep
showers and thunderstorms along with locally hazards winds and
seas in place offshore Florida and north of the Bahamas during
this time. Elsewhere, the Bermuda ridge will dominate weather
through the forecast period, bringing gentle to moderate winds
and slight to moderate seas.

.TODAY...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.
.TONIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered tstms.
