Southeast Gulf of America .SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front has moved into the NW Gulf this morning and will race SE through the basin, exiting by Mon evening. Strong to near gale-force N to NE winds and rough seas can be expected behind the front. There is a potential for wind gusts gusts to gale force winds for the NW Gulf beginning later this morning and continuing through Mon morning. Conditions will improve basin-wide by Tue evening. .TODAY...S winds 5 kt, shifting to SW to W in the afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less.
