.SYNOPSIS...Developing low pressure inland will track N into the
Carolinas tonight, pulling a weak cold front offshore and across
the area. The cold front will stall over the outer portions Wed,
then dissipate Wed night. A weak high pressure ridge will build
W over the waters Thu into Sat, then shift E Sat night as a cold
front approaches from the NW. The cold front will sweep across
the waters Sun, followed by a secondary cold front or low
pressure trough Sun night.
