.SYNOPSIS...Weak low pressure will slowly move NE along the SE
Coast today, then track NE of the area tonight into Fri night
while pulling a cold front E across over the N waters. High
pressure will build W over the S waters today, continue tonight
into Fri, then shift to the SE Fri night through Sun as a series
of low pressure troughs move across the area. The high will then
build back to the W Sun night through Mon night.
