.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will remain over the waters through
Tue night. The high shifts SE Tue night and Wed as low pressure
N of the area moves slowly ENE offshore of the Carolinas Wed
through Thu night. A trailing cold front will move through the N
waters Thu and Thu night. High pressure builds over most of the
area Fri and Fri night except for surface troughiness along the
coast. High pressure once again shifts SE Sat as a cold front
approaches from the NW, with the front moving into the N waters
Sat night.
