.SYNOPSIS...Weak low pressure will track NE of the area today
into tonight while pulling a developing cold front E across over
the N waters. High pressure will continue over the S waters
today, then shift to the SE tonight through Sun as a series of
low pressure troughs move across the area. The high will then
build back to the W Sun night through Tue night.
