.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough will persist near the SE coast
and Florida into tonight, while a high pressure extends a ridge W
across the outer portions. A cold front will approach from the NW
by tonight into Sat, then stall along or just N of the area Sat
night through Tue night, while a series of lows develop and track
E and NE along the front.
