.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving into the N waters today will
stall over or near the N waters tonight through Fri night. Low
pressure should form offshore of the E Florida coast along the
stalled front Fri night. The low will deepen and expand as it
moves N late Fri night through Sun, eventually being centered off
of the mid-Atlantic coast Sun night. The broad, complex low will
extend over much of the east coast Sun night and Mon, with the
broad low finally starting to shift E Mon night. Mariners should
monitor later forecasts on the coastal system, and begin to
consider avoidance plans as needed. This will be a long duration
event for the east coast impactful to the mariner. Weak high
pressure should build into the W and S waters Mon night well SW
of the strong low.
