.SYNOPSIS...An approaching strong cold front will gradually move
through the waters tonight through early Thu night. High pressure
builds in behind the front, continuing through early Sun. The
high shifts E Sun. Another cold front approaches the waters from
the NW Sun night and early Mon, then stalls from NE to SW across
the N and central portions later Mon and Mon night.
