.SYNOPSIS...NHC is issuing advisories for Hurricane Oscar well S
of the area. Low pressure centered well NE of the waters will
continue weakening as it moves S toward Bermuda tonight. High
pressure will gradually build over the area from the northwest
and remain over the waters tonight through Tue night. A low
pressure trough will form along the coast Sun night and persist
into Tue night. High pressure will gradually weaken and shift E
Tue night through Wed night as an area of low pressure develops
over the Bahamas and then lifts NE Thu and Thu night. See the
