.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough will persist near the SE coast
tonight into Fri, while a high pressure extends a ridge W across
the outer portions. A cold front will approach from the NW Fri
night into Sat, then stall along or just N of the area Sat night
through Sun night, while a series of low develop along the front.
The stalled front will remain in the region through Mon night.
