.SYNOPSIS...A cold front approaches the waters from the NW and
moves into the N waters tonight, stalling over or near the N
waters Thu through Fri night. Low pressure should form along the
stalled front Fri, with the low gradually expanding and deepening
as it moves slowly N offshore of the SE U.S. coast Fri night
through Sun. A cold front will move offshore to the S of the low
Sat through Sun as the low moves N. By Sun night, the low should
be well N of the area offshore of the mid-Atlantic coast, with
another cold front moving through the area Mon and Mon night.
Mariners should monitor later forecasts on this coastal system,
and begin to consider avoidance plans for the weekend as needed.
