.SYNOPSIS...Weak low pressure will track NE of the area tonight
while pulling a cold front E across the waters. High pressure
will shift to the SE tonight through Sun as a series of low
pressure troughs move across the area. The high will then build
back to the W Sun night through Tue night, and persist over the
area Wed and Wed night.
