.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist over much of the waters
through Wed night, with weak troughing along and near the coast.
The high will shift E Wed night with a surface trough then
lingering over the area through Sat night. Weak low pressure may
form off of the southeast U.S. coast along the trough Fri, with
the low expected to drift W late in the week and start of the
weekend.
