.SYNOPSIS...Ongoing NE swell from the remnants of Humberto and
Imelda will diminish today into tonight. Strong high pressure
will build S towards the area today and tonight, then persist
into Mon night before shifting NE of the area Tue and Tue night.
A low pressure trough along the SE coast today will persist
through Tue, then weaken Tue night. The NAVTEX station in
Charleston, South Carolina is currently inoperative. Technicians
are aware, and are working on the issue.
