.SYNOPSIS...Ongoing NE swell from the remnants of Humberto and
Imelda will diminish today. Strong high pressure will remain
just N of the waters today into Mon night before shifting NE of
the area Tue into Wed. A low pressure trough along the SE coast
will persist through Tue, then weaken Tue night into Wed. A cold
front will approach from the N and NW later Wed, and reach the N
portion Wed night. The NAVTEX station in Charleston, South
Carolina is currently inoperative. Technicians are aware, and are
working on the issue.
