.SYNOPSIS...A cold front has reached areas of the North Carolina
coast just S of Cape Hatteras tonight, and drift slightly further S
overnight. The front will then remain nearly stationary over and
near the N waters Tue through Wed with weak lows moving E along
the front. The front should weaken Thu and be along or near the
SE coast through early Thu night before dissipating under
broadening high pressure. High pressure should then remain in
place through Sat night except for surface troughing along and
near the southeast coast.
