.SYNOPSIS...Rapidly intensifying low pressure well NE of the
waters will move NE, being over Newfoundland, Canada by tonight.
A secondary cold front over the waters, will move E of the area
today. High pressure building over the waters behind the low
today, will continue over the area through Wed night. A cold
front approaches from the N late Wed night and passes through the
waters Thu while weakening. High pressure builds in again for
Thu and Thu night except for troughiness or weak low pressure
along the SE coast that continues into early Fri. High pressure
shifts E again late Fri and Fri night ahead of yet another cold
front that should move through the area late Fri night and Sat.
Weak high pressure then returns late Sat and Sat night.
