.SYNOPSIS...Strong low pressure centered well NE of the waters
will remain nearly stationary this morning before accelerating
SE toward Bermuda this afternoon into Sat. High pressure will
gradually build over the area from the northwest and remain over
the waters tonight through Tue night. A low pressure trough will
form along the coast Sun night and persist into Tue night.
