.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move S across the waters early this
morning. High pressure will build SE across the region tonight
into Tue night, then shift NE of the area Wed. Another cold front
will move SE over the waters Wed night into Thu, then pass E of
the area Thu night before another high builds E over the region.
The high will then slowly drift SW of the area Fri and Fri night.
