.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure over the waters today will
shift S and dissipate tonight. A weakening cold front will pass
across the waters Thu and Thu night, followed by high pressure
rebuilding over the area Fri through Sat night. Another cold
front may approach from the N late Sat then stall N of the area.
High pressure will build over the waters Sun and Sun night.
