.SYNOPSIS...A weak front will remain stalled over the area
tonight into Wed. Low pressure will develop along the stalled
front near the coast Wed into Wed night, then slowly track NE
while gradually strengthening Thu through Fri night. The low will
then continue well NE of the area Sat and Sat night. A low
pressure trough will develop just inland Sun and Sun night.
