.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front will move across the waters early
today. A secondary, reinforcing cold front will move SE across
the area late today and tonight. Strong high pressure will build
E over the waters late tonight into Wed. After a series of
passing cold fronts or low pressure troughs Wed and Wed night,
high pressure will rebuild across the area Thu through Fri night.
