.SYNOPSIS...Ongoing NE swell from the remnants of Humberto and
Imelda will diminish tonight. Strong high pressure will build S
towards the area tonight, then persist into Mon night before
shifting NE of the area Tue into Wed. A low pressure trough
along the SE coast will persist tonight through Tue, then weaken
Tue night into Wed. A cold front will approach from the N and NW
Wed night. The NAVTEX station in Charleston, South Carolina is
currently inoperative. Technicians are aware, and are working on
the issue.
